Dual Zangetsu Garlic Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles)

Dual Zangetsu Garlic Tsukemen:

Don't be daunted by the deep black hue of the soup—the dark color comes from squid ink and a touch of charcoal powder.

Underneath its striking look lies a deliciously savory, garlic-flavored dipping soup that complements our thick noodles perfectly. It includes two varieties of Japanese sausages (original and jalapeño) to symbolize Ichigo’s dual blades!



Sakura Shrimp Tonkotsu Ramen

Sakura Shrimp Tonkotsu Ramen:

What's the secret behind its pink color? It's a blend of white tonkotsu broth, pork back fat, and beetroot!

This seafood-infused tonkotsu ramen features a delightful blend of rich shrimp essence and a touch of chili oil, perfectly complementing our creamy tonkotsu broth. It's actually one of the dishes our staff favors for this event!


Striped Green Curry Ramen

Striped Green Curry Ramen:

Reflecting Kisuke’s iconic colors, this unique ramen showcases noodles infused with spinach.

The special color broth is a blend of our tonkotsu broth and green curry, garnished with a combination of chicken chashu and green vegetables such as shishito peppers, cucumbers, and cilantro.
